Enjoy delicious grilled meat cooked with our Moroccan Inspired Blend.

Meat isn't your thing, fine no problem use our Mola all purpose seasoning to spice all your veggies, dish any Vegan, Vegetarian recipes. Our products are Vegan certified. Although my partner and have a mostly Vegan diet, we sometimes regress to some fish here and there. So we accommodate our Vegan community by providing the rest with meatless, natural and preservative free seasonings and hot Chili Relishes.

My favorite Vegan grill dish is marinated veggies on the grill. I tossed them with our Mola all purpose seasoning and let them marinate for 30 minutes and with light olive oil I place the veggies on the grill and let them cook for 12 to 15 minutes.

I like to use the charcoal grill; charcoal gets a terrific smell to food and enhances the taste. Our seasoning blends can be used as a rub on your meat before placing them on the grill. We always like to hear about how our customers are using our products. Send us an email with a picture.

Hello World!

Have you ever Been to Cameroon and tried Cameroonian Chili sauce?

Here is a little story: I grew up in Cameroon eating hot sauce and I loved it. I never expected that hot sauce would be different when it comes to taste and consistency (pardon my ignorance). I was just so used to eating very hot paste-like hot sauce and never fathom seeing a liquid made hot sauce.

So I embarked to the United States 17 years ago and found out the hard way not everyone cooked hot sauce like I was used to. My disappointment was that most of the hot sauces were not as hot. So I started looking for African stores to find the type of peppers I was used to and make my own sauce. Living in a very secluded area, I could not locate a store close to me. The one store I found was in Maryland and was far from my reach.

I decided to try the peppers I found from my many stores trip in Market basket and the heat was still not comparable. So I dealt with not having my Cameroonian hot sauce for years. Well, one day a Cameroonian decided to open a store in Framingham 2 hours away from me. Well, that is far... I thought to myself.

At the time, I was 4 months pregnant with my last child and was in need of very hot foods to survive my pregnancy morning sickness. In other for me to eat my food I needed to add lots of heat. I needed a very hot sauce to keep me from throwing up. I needed hot chili sauce with everything that entered my mouth. Avocado with hot sauce had become my best friend; "My go-to meal of the day".

So how in the world could I drive in the cold weather to Framingham? Well, I guess pregnancy cravings give you the strength to do what you couldn't think of doing if you weren’t pregnant.
So my other two kids in tow, I drove two hours away, just to get the Cameroonian peppers. I was excited to the thought that I could finally make the hot sauce I was used to. For years I lived in the USA and I complained about not having the sauce. I made little to no effort to get it.

My first two pregnancies I didn’t crave hot things. But with this child I could not live without it. So I kept pressing on 4 hours round trip later, I had my peppers and I was the happiest women on the planet that day. I got home and made my chili sauce. Oh boy! The whole house smelled peppers and the aroma of the chili sauce was overwhelming. I had forgotten how strong the peppers smelled and how much sneezing I would have to deal with. Well Thank Heaven for windows and air fresheners. I survived the outcome and I vow to use a mask next time I had to cook Cameroonian peppers again.

At the end, I was a happy women and my life was easier from that point on. I had a smooth pregnancy without being nauseated.
Today, I’m selling the hot chili sauce from Cameroon and I call the sauce Relishes. Why Relishes you may ask? Because of the consistency of the sauce, I decided to name them Chili Relishes.

But beware they are fire sauce proceed with caution. I would say they add flavor to all your dishes and are delicious if consumed in small amount. find the Relishes here.

"Our struggles along the road/ how do we manage?"

"Our struggles along the road/ how do we manage?"

So last year we embarked to starting our own business and working for ourselves. Well that's our hope. We are not quite there yet. For years we have been looking to do something whereby becoming our own boss and helping our mutual families. We are two black women. One single and the other married. we each have our struggles but we have the same goal and that helps along the way.

"As  a single mother of 3, I have seen my shares of drama and have been through a lot. But I'm merely happy that I made it to the other side. Although I haven't seen the end of the tunnel as of yet; I have been striving to built a legacy for my children. I have a great job, beautiful children but I do not have the time I need to be there for them, to go to all their  activities. I want to be a stay at home mom with a flexible job. But how am I going to make that happen? I'm glad you asked."

For the past year, my girlfriend and me have been working on an ethnic line of products. These ethnic products are seasonings, relishes and marinades. Thus far, we started the business two years ago. I technically spent hours, days and night working on getting the products off the ground. My friend is more focused in perfecting our recipes while I manage the operational end of the business.

December of last year, we launched a Kick-starter campaign that was successfully funded to help us get off the ground running. We were able to secure funding from 27 backers. It wasn't enough but it was sufficient to get us going.

After the campaign, we worked on increasing our followers on Facebook, Instagram and twitter. We  created a LinkedIn company account etc.

Starting a business isn't easy,  We have been knocking on doors to open to secure at least one major retailer willing to carry our products. That hasn't been easy. We were lucky to get some small retail stores to carry our products to start which is actually a great milestone considering how far we have come.

This has been hard as the process seems more difficult than expected. We  wonder sometimes  why we started working on this project and that we may just give up. Then we are reminded of the number of hours, hard work and commitment in making this possible not just for us but for our children. Then we dust ourselves off and keep plugging.

We have to remind ourselves that all is possible and that all we have to do is push forward and have hope that everything is for the greater purpose.

What we find difficult or out of reach today, tomorrow we would look back at the experience and realize it was a necessary step to getting where we are going.

With every step necessary in pushing Mola Foods ahead, we humble ourselves for the hurdles we find on our path. Moreover, when we glance at our children, we are reminded that we have little people who look up to us and that we can't give up.

What lesson would we teach them? We have the responsibility to show that one  attains success through hard work, patience and commitment. We work to show the website we spent countless hours to make look decent; that we did not waist time in doing so.

We remind ourselves daily that everybody reaches their goals on their own time. Just like there is a time to be born, walk, talk and die, each one of us have their internal time to reaching their goals. Don't feel rushed or rush into success just because others have already succeeded. Continue the journey to greatness knowing that someday, you will reach your destination.

All you have to do is put in the work. Plant your seeds and see miracles blossom. We have finally created a commercial for our products and have even added our products to online platforms like Amazon and Walmart.com. The work is still ongoing the brand awareness and brand recognition is still ongoing. We believe that with your help, with the help of foodies, Vegan, Vegetarian alike that enjoy good food and good products, that you guys will help us reach our destination. A great support system, may it be from a stranger on the street or a family member is key to unlocking recognition in a community where everyone is now alert and awake with regards to health matters; where people are more focused in becoming healthy, eating healthy and leading a healthy lifestyle for longevity and for good health.

Yes you will have to spend money to buy our products to help launch our company forward but in return you will be creating jobs for other people in the community and you will be helping small business growth. Believe it or not, the growth of small business is dependent on the buying power of its consumers and we hope that our company will be no different.

We believe in helping the community while moving ahead. In return we promise to offer a family friendly work place that will help build generation to come.
